Beautiful park and lake. Has swimming beach, playground, picnic tables, benches to sit on, restroom facilities, paved path and boat launch. No lifeguard on duty. The beach is clean. The water was warmer than I expected. The sand is really soft (in less rocky areas of beach). Bring a chair or blanket to sit on. Have fun!

High pressure lake. A lot of boaters and jets skiers. Didn't catch too much fishes here

Great fishing! Got a 19" Bass which unfortunately was under the regulated size so he went back. Pan fish... Crappies and Sun fish are great size. Even got a decent Walleye. No fancy lures needed....minnow, leach, nightcrawler. Best biting between dusk and dark. Bite seems to turn off about an hour after dark.
