A short walk from the campground and you'll be able to enjoy the lake. Not much shade and rather rocky, so bring water shoes and your pop tent. Still, worth seeing. Be sure to check the trails along the sides of the lake for gorgeous views!

It's beautiful out here! The series of lakes are gorgeous and have enjoyable hiking. The road up to Carr Lake is rough, so you'll want to go in something with 4WD and some good clearance under your car.

Very nice get away. Lakes are beautiful. I've been there 4 times. They put 4 out houses and added bear lockers too. I liked it better without the bathrooms and bear lockers. That just means more people are going. Lots of yellow jackets, they just want your food. You'll see plenty of hikers and dogs and maybe a couple of wierd people who want your campsite. They just starred and didnt say anything when my wife and i said hi.
