Visited this place recently in consideration of moving to a property. What a shame. The place is completely unkempt, almost all light posts are broken, overflowing trashcans is an understatement as there is litter absolutely everywhere, including the lake. Evidently maintenance doesn't care as I saw a worker lazily riding around in his golf cart on his phone. This place has so much potential to be beautiful, but has obviously been neglected for some time now. Too bad.
