Can you call it the worst night's sleep if you never truly go to sleep? Beds were so hard it was the equivalent of sleeping on the ground. The cooler kept kicking on and off like an airplane taking off. The cabins were so close, when our neighbors came out to smoke- it was right in my face. The "beach" was cool except the older lady who decided to wear a piece of floss for her swim suit and flashed my kiddos. Reeds were really high and there was no lake side views. Rangers were friendly and helpful. Place was clean. If you are a college kid looking for a cool weekend getaway- this is the place for you. If you have younger kids- probably avoid.

They had some construction at the time we visited. The park is nice and clean. Check in very friendly. It looks like a fun park for biking around, but we had to leave early, so we didn't check a chance to enjoy that. Very nice view of the lake.

My Favorite place to camp! The lots are large and spacious. Clean restrooms as well as friendly staff constantly patrolling for trash and the like. The area is easy to navigate on bike or foot. We went Labor Day weekend and though the lake was not full (no swimming) it was quiet and relaxing! We rode our bikes around the 3.5 miles worth of paved paths/road.
