I love the hiking around the lake, but this weekend I was not happy with what I saw. Trash, fallen trees across the trails and a busted bridge. Y'all can do better.

Granger Lake is a hidden gem. There’s is plenty of room to swim and ski. The scenery is beautiful and some wildlife to watch. It is quiet and not much boat traffic so if you are looking for a place to go that is not busy consider this lake over the others. Cons: No marinas and In August the water is much too warm to cool off in the water.

Typical lake, easy to Kayak & swim. I don't fish but supposedly it's good fishing. We also liked the town of Granger.
