Reviews of Lake Peltier lake

Beautiful, quiet day on the lake. Loved seeing the Y kiddos on the lake and hearing them on shore. Easy in and out with grass in the side of the boat landing.

This lake is TERRIBLE this summer. Algae bloom is really really bad, and smells. Really sad to see the lake like this

Great boatlanding that also has access to the Rice Creek chain of lakes. I kayaked here many times, and it is beautiful.

This is another good lake to try out. I have never been here in the summer time. Not sure how this lake is during that time for fishing. I do hunt this lake in October. It can be very weedy and sever low points getting down to just a few feet of water. For those of you who plan to hunt or fish this lake it is recommended to scope it out before doing so. It is always smart to know the lake you are on.

Fishing was great 15 years ago. Gets worse by the year unless you really know where the fishes are. Still a beautiful place to kayak or on a paddleboat.
