Nice beach but it has chiggers out reals frequently. Dang geese had pooped everywhere- i mean everywhere- I couldn't find a human sized poop-free spot to lay down. That's the first time I ran into this problem here though. Great playground and a nice paved boat launch.

This is a fairly nice lake at just under 500 acres. Nice county Park on the north side of the lake that has a decent boat launch. Requires daily or annual pass to get in. The Lake has abundant sunnies and northern that run small, smaller numbers of bass and crappie. The lake does stay shallow for quite a ways out, so check your depth when boating near shore.
