Awesome place to take a nice nature walk/hike… drop in some kayaks or canoes with a beautiful nature scenery! First time going and got to see a little bit of fall as there’s maple trees ! Being from New Jersey, though living here for over 15 years, it’s quite refreshing to see that ! Let the pictures speak for themselves ☺️ (Even though they definitely do NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO JUSTIFYING the pure beauty of it all! Also, the information they placed throughout teaching you about the history of the land and surrounding areas. Really great place with pavilions and grills by the parking before going on the walk.

Pecks lake park is a shaded trail through the mangroves over 90% boardwalk. The whole boardwalk is about a 1/3 of a mile to the intracoastal which has stunning views of the “lake”. This normally quiet park has picnic tables and bathrooms, but does not make a good place to launch paddle boards or kayaks. Always clean and maintained this is a true Martin county gem.
