Nice place to take some rest after hiking the trails in the park. The small 🏝 has many seats with some wisdom to share.

Wonderful place for your weekend for picnic 👍

Delightful little lake in the middle of Foothill Preserve, fun for recreational boating with kidd. There are two sets of docks for launching kayaks (or any non-powered boats or rafts), with car parking right next to the docks. There's a small island at the south end which one can paddle around.

Nice little lake in Palo Alto Foothills Park. You can rent canoes, bring your own canoe or inflatable boat and fish. No swimming thought. Minus one star because like he rest of the park it is open only for Palo Alto residents and their friends.
