Not an easy trip hauling a boat but well worth the slow, white knuckled drive in. Lake is small and absolutely beautiful. Not too many others on it given the access. If you can brave it, you won’t regret it. There is a hotel and restaurant, both just OK but would do it all again.

My sister brought me here for a girls weekend. What an absolutely beautiful place! The staff was great and very helpful. The room was really nice and clean, with a mini fridge & microwave. The food at the restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. We rented a pontoon boat, paddle boards and kayaks throughout the weekend and had an absolute blast. The lake water was perfect for swimming. I can't wait to bring my husband and kids!

What a great place! We went camping right on the shore near Burnt Corral and it was incredible. The area was clean and there were plenty of trash cans/bathrooms.
