We love this community but I don't really know why there's a public listing for ug when the lake is for royal forest residents only. If you are looking to move into the neighborhood the lake is definitely an asset though it's beautiful and nice to be able to stay close to home but do something fun with the kids during summertime

Great little spot, covered patio, fishing dock and a playground across the street.

I have family that lives in this subdivison and was able to visit this members only lake. It is a pretty area with covered picnic tables and a pier. The were cows in the distance and a few geese and ducks hanging around some of the owners docks. There was no one else out there so our family was able to go for a nice swim. We had a good time. There was also a little park for the kids across the street. Someone vandalized the play area by taking some of the stuff which is a shame. They have a neat airplane seasaw (the stearing wheel was missing) and a wooden fort structure with a slide (a telescope was missing and it was kinda rickety from rough use).

It's a decent place to go fishing/swimming. It was better before they replaced the restrooms with port-a-potties and before they removed the floating dock. But still a nice lake.

Nice private lake. It's not very big but it's pretty clean. Especially compared to lake Conroe.
