Reviews of Lake Lake weatherford

My favorite place Love to drive around the lake and stop at all the pull-outs. Lots of treasure hunting and sometimes that treasure is trash 🙄 ( Leave No Trace If Bigroot can do it so can you) The boardwalk is a beautiful walk day or night.

Definitely during a dry season but still a beautiful place to walk around and even without the water the greenery is lovely. Will be planning on returning to see it once we’ve had some rain. Just a heads up to watch the railing especially if you’re not a fan of spiders (my sister is a huge arachnophobic) as there were many friends who had made their webs along the boardwalk.

My husband and I came down to Texas in March and these pictures are over the course of 3 months. It was beautiful to watch everything bloom and come to life. This bridge is super unique how you are walking above the water and love that it is eco-friendly. The conversations and walks at this lake will always have a special place in my heart.

It was so pretty, even though there wasn’t a whole lot of water the walk and greenery was beautiful!!

Drove to the lake which is just a short drive from town. It was beautiful and clean! There are picnic tables around the lake so a perfect place to bring the kids.
