Love this little spot, it's quiet and peaceful. Camped here a few times traveling back and forth to Texas.

Good lake for camping, hiking and fishing. Unfortunately as of 08-3-24 the lake is going dry due to lack of rain in the area. Trammell is fed by rain water runoff from the surrounding areas. Overall when the lake is full it's a great place to go with the family.

Excellent for fishing. No boats flying by, no jet skis and no swimming. Nice quiet fishing lake.

Simply love this place.

I have fished Lake Trammell for over 50 years, and I love this lake. Lots of underwater structure. It's low right now, and access to shore fishing is tough for a mountain goat, but there are fish in it.
