I live here. It's a private lake so it's quiet. I love it and never plan to move. I have the city in the front and the country in the back.

Private lake 126 acres with a lake association and bass club. One of irvings best kept secrets. Housing prices rising rapidly. Trolling motors only. Pontoons allowed.

Its a private lake but if you know someone or have family that lives on the lake its a nice lake. Clean water, healthy fish. A nice get away for me, good views.

Private lake in Irving only accessible by homeowners, no power boats.

Awesome channel to catch and throw fish back into the water channel.
