Love love love kayaking in this beutiful space. Great nature trails, camping, clean restrooms, excellent fishing.. highly recommend!

This is an amazingly beautiful park .We stayed at the hen house section in a screened shelter. The entire park and lake area is one of the cleanest I've seen, from the rest rooms to the waterways. We will choose to stay in the Walnut Ridge park on our next visit as the waterways there are more of what we are seeking to explore in our Kayaks and it looked as if that's where most of the fish were being caught. There ARE gators we actually seen a 4-5 footer ... I can't say enough about this Park and the staff ...Quick easy check in ,Very Informative and friendly staff . We WILL be back ...

It's very beautiful and photogenic. Any photographer will love this place. Trees in the middle of the the lake...almost hauntingly beautiful...

Have camped multiple times at this park and enjoy every time.
