Reviews of Lake Lake williams

Lake Williams is my favorite lake to visit! You can kayak, paddle surf, fish, hike and have picnics. I see bald eagles there a good bit and other birds too. There is a hiking trail that loops the whole way around the lake. It's about a 4.5 mile hike, so bring water and a snack. It is mainly forest that you hike through, but there are a few spots where you have a good view of the lake and other areas too. They have benches for picnics, just make sure not to bring alcohol, you will get fined. I believe there is no swimming either, but don't be afraid to dip your feet in or look for crayfish. Enjoy if you end up going!

Incredibly beautiful little lake. Great place to kayak. Watching the sunset here in early summer is a must. Note. They are closed until 2019 for Dam repairs.

I’ve caught a lot of fish here!! I’ve caught things like bass, perch, carp, catfish, and bluegill. If you want to go fishing somewhere with variety lake Williams is definitely a good spot. It’s also an amazing place to go kayaking. I’ve gone here countless amounts of time and it’s always a great time!

Beautiful park. My last visit we noticed that they are refilling the lake. Can th wait for it to be completed. If was peaceful and very relaxing.
