Private area. No public access unless you are part of the Homeowners association of the area.

It's a nice lake but it's located in a housing development. The only people allowed to access it are those that are part of the HOA.

Since its a private community, looking over the lake for waterfowl during migration can be challenging.

Property is always maintained. Huge pot holes are being filled. Nice area.
