This was a nice little lake to learn how to kayak on still water. Very pleasant, beautiful scenery. Turtles.

Great place to spend a summer day. There are changing rooms with the shower, concessions, sand beach, and boat rental facilities. Paddle boards, canoes, and kayaks are available. The water as fairly chilly, but you can swim. It is a bit muddy, but we visited the lake after a lot of rain, so that explains it. Highly recommend.

Kayaking is very popular at the lake,also a large swimming area. The fish didn't like what i had to offer, maybe next time.
