Looked at a house to buy there is was a great little house. Only thing is most of the homes there are old and have cess pools. After speaking with the township and finding out i could not even put a septic system in I chose not to buy the home. Cute little area with a privet lake.

Nice little beach by the lake. But I did not go into the lake.
