Very beautiful lake. You can swim here, you can fish here, and it is dog friendly. (Remember to keep your pets leashed). I would definitely come back.

If you're looking for amenities this is not your lake to visit, but if you want something quieter and more relaxing this is the place for you. The water is shallow and warm and the views spectacular. There's not a playground for kids, but the swings are top notch. There are rudimentary bathrooms and changing areas. There are generally less tourists here than other lakes in the area, and that has great appeal to me.

Nice place to chill , fish , rent a boat, even have a party . Beach , grills critters , usually all to yourself unless out of towners are visiting.

Absolutely love gouldsboro state park! Must watch your own children because there is no lifeguard there but they have swimming, fishing, and boat rentals here.

Enjoyed walking and fishing here. Would come back if in the area. Great park and lake.
