Reviews of Lake Green pond

Green Pond is a nice place to visit. The wetlands just east of the pond have dimished due to new construction of a 55+ residence area. The pond is still a great place to see water fowl & perhaps the wetland will attract wildlife as in the past. Some of the land around the pond is private property but a small viewing area is available. Twilight or early morning hours are the best times for photography.

Before the improvements, thos was a great stopping point for migrating waterfowl and shorebirds. Now not so much although you get the occasional rarity from time to time.
