Lake Minsi is beautiful! Very quiet. Serene, relaxing....the only problem is the amount of seaweed/algae when we try to fish!

I go here for a walk nearly every day after work. It's absolutely stunning and it's a fantastic walk. There are hiking trails as well. They are rocky so watch your footwear but the path next to the lake is fully paved.

Lovely place to spend time at. There are porta-potties too. Picnic tables. Benches, kayak launches, docks, paved pier walkway, a dam, and some great birding and good fishing. The lake is overgrown in many spots due to the dam repair and leaving fingerlings spots so eventually it will die off. There's some open water for a small boat for fishing but not a lot. There's plenty of water to kayak or SUP though. The birding is best early morning..or early afternoon. If it's been a dry season the lake gets quite low. On rainy seasons it's great for wildlife and kayaking

Great place for kids and adults. I love that there’s a large dock with a railing to keep everyone out of the water. Fishing is great too.

Love going here for fishing and family walks. Stroller friendly path. Space to run and play catch. Always a beautiful time.
