Reviews of Lake Hiniker pond

Fun in winter and in summer. Fun fishing for the stocked rainbow trout the DNR dropped in January 2024. Great family fishing day.

It's been years since we have been here, but my son had fun catching thing was a while I laid out on the beach. Nice playground too.

The sand is covered in poop of some kind...

Nice place to swim with the family, but watch any kids who can't swim closely because the swimming area drops off to deep water fast, and there is no life guard. The water is relatively clean and the pond is big enough that it feels like a lake. The beach area is big enough to handle a lot of families.

The pond is okay, I wish there was a little more effort to clean up the dog/goose poop from the ground. There is a public bathroom available so that's a plus
