Beautiful lake, accessible parking, located in an upper middle class / wealthy community, walk area, good for kayaking or paddle boarding, i believe there an area to rent small boats, very good and relaxing area do homework, work, read or just simply take a breather. Rolling college about 5min away from it and about 3-5miles to some of the best restaurants in the area.

One of the best places in Winter Park. Lovely year round. Great walking path behind Rollins.
