A lot of parking spots, ideal for families, and also for rowing races

Shallow, weeds, grass , it's a pretty lake but it's not great fishing.

Place is well kept. They have a swimming area and a playground area. The fire department is right next to it. They do have public restrooms. The boat ramps are very well upkept. There is two piers to go fishing off of but you must watch the boats being put in and taken out. On weekends this park is very crowded with boats and people swimming. It is also right next door to the Elks Club and behind Ace hardware store.

Beautiful place to boat. Love it.

I only gave it 4 because of the parking. Im disabled and its always a chore to cross the road to park. Doing so many u turns is also a pain. When going east on 44 you have to turn around in the middle of a curve and its very tight u turn. People going west on 44 can't see you very well in the turn.
