Best public lake for fishing in the the area of . Only bait store I know of in the Lee, Collier County area. Live bait includes crickets, worms, and minnows . Miscellaneous variety of fishing tackle, snacks and soda also purchase fishing license. Boating, picnicking, Gator watching, airboat rides available to the public, and plenty of parking for vehicles with boat trailers right near boat ramp. Has a newly restored Pier that is covered and has plenty of shade. Easy to fish from the pier also.

Great little lake. Wildlife everywhere. Fishing pier was great. Small boat ramp so there's not a lot of big boats causing huge waves. Fun place to go fishing.

Nice lake with a great fishing pier. Not crowded at all on Saturday. There is a bait store/marina next to the lake. The person there was super nice and informative.

It's good, fishing, boat riding, and shop so you could fish and get snacks!
