The lake was 100% dried up in Sept, but still beautiful

Great sunset views from around the lake.. No words to explain the beauty which my eye experienced😍🫶🏻

Great place to walk or jog around and hear the birds

The water is the perfect temperature for swimming, jet skiing or motor boating. The crowd was sparse and the lakeside cafe offered great food and a variety of drinks. They even had fresh crab! A flock of humming birds flew around the lake and eventually landed on the boat docks. Suddenly a bald eagle flew down and scared them off. What a bully! Later that day we did some deep water trolling. My buddy hooked a lunker! No shortage of fun since we all caught our limit. Next time your visiting Stanford make sure to enjoy Lake Lagunita!

Wasn't expecting the lake to have this much water so was a nice surprise; beware that the trail's flooded though
