Reviews of Lake Lake poway

Beautiful lake. Many people come here fishing and having picnic. You can also hike to potato chip rock from here. But it cost some money to enter this lake at weekends.

Great place for trail running! The loop is a little under 3 miles with approximately 500 ft of elevation. Most of the trail is smooth, and there are plenty of nice views of the lake! I went early and it wasn't too crowded. But it was cold! There's a $10 fee if you're from out of town. The best part is the bathrooms. The trailhead has bathrooms, and the trail has several porta potties.

1. Parking = 10 dollars on weekends. Idk about weekdays. I heard parking is free for poway residents. 2. Lake is calm and quiet... nice park and grassy land 3. Park closes at 7 15pm 4. Paddle boat closes before 6pm. Motor boating for recreational purposes closed down pretty fast too. 5. People would come here to gather and eat.

Great place to fish, hike and just spend time outdoors with or without friends or family. It's my first time here. Oh unless your a resident or active military expect a $10 parking fee. The guard 💂‍♂️ today is very helpful and friendly. Enjoy and have fun 👍

Very beautiful picnic area. Boat rental is just $10/hr.
