Very nice park I take my granddaughter here often.

Great place for a family outing. Note: There is a parking fee.! This place is not very good for fishing, there is absolutely no fish here. I took my little family out for a picnic and fishing for three hours, and we caught nothing, not even a bluegill. But besides that, the nature there was awesome, and we enjoyed our little picnic with some wildlife around us.

I've been coming to this lake for almost 40 years. When it was still Mather Air Force Base. It's been improved a lot over the years. Great place for a family picnic and great fishing. It has clean bathrooms, gazebos with picnic tables, and BBQ's.

Myself and two other County workers are doing our best to enhance this park. From July forward the front has been cleared from over growth, walking trail are accesible. Past the bridge is clear through end of levee. The front lakeside to end of pavilions are now accesible for fishing or photography enthusiast. The park is cleaned on a regularly basis, bathroom's are washed and disinfect and restock with hygiene necessities. Help us keep the Park clean, place all garbage in the trash cans the County of Sacramento provides. Thank you !!!

This park is full of garbage all over the ground and duck poop everywhere. It’s hard not to step on it. There are SO MANY ducks that it looks unclean. This park feels depressing. Even the one person here looks sad. This is not the spot.
