The path along the Santa Cruz is an oasis in the desert with so many places to park connected to the Tucson Loop wither your on a bike or walking. Great for bird watching or just seeing something a bit more green.

Great place for a walk, hike, bicycling adventure, skating, rollerblading, ride a horse, or work out. These days I'm enjoying it for a little of everything! This stretch between Cushing Street & 22nd Street sports the best views of "A Mountain" and beyond in the whole city! It's never too crowded and so easily accessible from downtown and the trolley or Bus #21. Pack a snack and stop off at the park!

Many of us have our wilderness areas walking distance away. The loop even has ramps to walk down or more easily wheel as bank's rarely block much of "seasonal lakes" from our all even sloped dirtcrete terrain.

It's Tucson's very own micro-Mississippi. Has trees and lots of wildlife. Smells at times but it's great for walking.

Really like walking by the river. They walkway is finished along a great portion. There are secluded areas so be careful and pay attention.
