You can fish here with a license. This is a quote from Arizona State Land Department. "An ASLD recreational permit is not required for individuals with valid hunting and/ or fishing license whom are actively pursuing game or fish" So either purchase an ASLD recreational permit for 15 for individual and 20 for family. Or if you already have your hunt/fish license or combo then you may access and use land in the intention of game and fish pursuit

Here is the thing, though: if they wanted it to be private then they would have completely cut of the road with a gate and fences surrounding the whole lake which they haven't done yet. So in reality, if they don't want anybody trespassing onto private property why not just Close off the lake. Overall great fishing experience!

The songs like illegal Gray area,. Or at least a land dispute that people are either lazy to figure out all the way or just was never finished... Other way, they want you to pay for a pass. If you have your fishing license They would likely be understanding. In my experience if you have any warnings they'll give you a ticket here and that is just second hand experience,i have never been hassled by. Them i've never even seen them except one so they didn't come near us. They want this to stay open to get people to pay for the twenty dollars. Like the other reviewers saying,it is not the they're trying to block it off

This is private property surrounded by state trust land. The pond is private property and no trespassing is allowed. If you are caught be prepared to pay a fine. If you are on the state trust land surrounding the pond you must have a state trust land pass which you can purchase for an annual fee of $20. Fishing is not accessible by foot in only a few areas and is tough going.
