Great little lake.! Went today. Nice to see the lake is full. Went in the past, and the lake was very low. Small lake great character. Lots of parking and camping areas. No staff or people working there. Just a Ranger Station and paved roads straight to the lake takes 1hr and a half to get there from Tucson.

Great little fishing lake. It does require a fee to park/use the amenities. Not sure what the fee is because I have a park/forest pass. There’s two fishing piers with ample space and a single boat ramp. Cellular service is non-existent because it’s nestled down in the canyon.

Very beautiful lake. There are picnic tables, and camp grounds. You can swim in the lake, go kayaking, and the lake has cliffs you can climb and jump off.

I took a drive checking it out to see if I can Kayak there and I really enjoyed the scenic drive. Yes you can Kayak there, drop in at the boat launch. There is an $8 day fee, exact cash - drop in the pay station. No attendant. There appears to be camping as well.

Beautiful, peaceful lake. We caught a bunch of rainbow trout that we released back into the lake. The drive in is fantastic with a lot of twist and turns and cows grazing along side the road. Definitely will be returning!
