Nice and quite, you'll question the drive in, but worth it. Pickup your last amenities in Safford because there is nothing once you hit the mountain.

Worth the drive! Usually rains on us a little, but a beautiful place to visit when you want to get back in touch with nature.

The last 13 miles is a dirt road that is a bit rough but the views are amazing. Beautiful lake great camping and picnic locations. The fish were biting and the kayaks worked well on the lake. Wildlife is abundant from wild turkeys to deer were seen. First time visit for my husband, middle daughter and her family.
