Beautiful setting, but this is more of a watering hole or pond than a true lake. It's very small.

Quaint and quiet. Perfect spot if you want to be left alone for a bit. Restrooms were still closed for the season so plan accordingly.

Fun place to catch small fish, and view wildlife

I love fishing and when stocked it is easy to catch trout here. The lake is a large cattle pond that is stocked during certain times of the year. You can drive to it in a car. And there is a bathroom and a shaded picnic table. I also like it because there isn't very many weeds to snag your line on. The one bad thing is someone has introduced non native cat fish to the area. It would be nice if people used their brain.

Lake is kind of an optimistic title. Stock tank or puddle is more accurate. Even though it's small, it is a beautiful setting. And they stock trout in there to boot.
