A great place but some residents fail maintain their property and nothing is done to correct this. I visit my ex a few timesper week there and have observed this first hand and live there part time

Great little spot to take amazing photos. This was a sunset.

Great little community in garden lakes. The homes are laid out with the backyards right on the lake. You'll see ducks and other lake animals that makes it extremely quaint and peaceful. In Arizona having a lake nearby like this is always comforting to make you feel cooler in the summer. You cannot go in the water but you can look at the stunning views.
